WEEKEND RETREAT - FRIDAY
2PM ARRIVAL
- Settle into your accommodation, explore the property and take a breath with some herbal tea and snacks with a view from the deck
4PM WELCOME DISCUSSION
- Group discussion in the living space. Introduction to the weekend, begin our group connections and set our intentions
5PM DINNER
- Gather around the table for our first meal together as a community. All meals are served family style
- Relax and digest diner with a short walk through the woods (light / weather dependent) or relax with a book, colouring or start your journal
7PM YOGA
- 60 min yoga session suitable for all levels
- Fireside discussions with cocoa as we share and affirm our intentions
- 30 min Yoga Nidra (relaxation and breathwork) before we settle in for the night
SATURDAY
7AM YOGA
- 60 min yoga session suitable for all levels
9AM BREAKFAST
- Family style breakfast
- Discussion of previous days reflections and intentions for the day
10AM INTRO TO MASSAGE
- Take a taster class in massage. Pair up as we take turns to apply hand massage techniques
- 1 hour massage appointments available to prebook. Cost of 50 gbp per hour
- Followed by free time to take a walk, nap, read, journal or anything that your mind and body needs to unwind
1PM LUNCH
- Family style meal of home made soups and local produce salads
2PM CREATIVE RELAXATION
- Creative art helps our brain focus and cut out some of the noise of our intrusive thoughts. Relax with creative painting either guided or do your own thing
4PM MENTAL WELLNESS
- Presentation and discussion from guest speaker
5PM YOGA
- 45 min yoga session suitable for all levels
7PM DINNER
- Gather around the table for our first meal together as a community. All meals are served family style

SUNDAY
8AM YOGA
- 45 min yoga session suitable for all levels
9AM BREAKFAST
- Family style breakfast
- Discussion of previous days reflections and intentions for the day
10AM WILD SWIM
- Transfer to Ayr beach for cold water dipping. Short breathwork session before entering. Swimsuit and swim shoes are required.
- Warm up on the beach with tea and cocoa by the fire before returning to the house for hot showers
1PM LUNCH
- Our final family meal!
